Printronix created the T2N series to bring industrial thermal bar code printing to entry-level buyers. Manufacturing, logistics, distribution, healthcare and retail companies will consider the T2N a “best value” because of its reliability, durability and wide range of standard features.
The T2N series features a thermal printing method with a maximum printing width of 4” at a resolution of 203 dpi or 300 dpi. With the capacity to hold up to 450 m of printer ribbon and print at a speed of 6” per second, this allows it to easily print in large volumes.
This printer series has a printer memory of 8MB ROM and 32MB RAM, and supports programming printer languages including PGL-Printronix, ZGL-Zebra and EGL-Eltron Graphic Language. Given that the T2N series is compatible with 3 different interfaces including Serial RS232, USB 2.0, and Ethernet, this allows users to print from different interfaces at the same time.
